1. The Power Of Now:
Eckhart Tolle beautifully describes in this book that the reason for our stress and unhappy life is because we waste most of our time either, to live in the past and regretting or live in the future and worrying. To enjoy life we need to live in present and enjoy every moment of it.
He also said happiness comes when you let go of your ego, leave your logical and analytical mind, and surrender yourself with the power of the present, the power of now. Our minds consistently work 24/7 and create so many thoughts which we shouldn't judge but only observe.
To deal with the unpleasant situation you either remove yourself from that situation, change it, or accept it. Complaining, condemning or criticizing the situation is not acceptable. It only brings negative feelings to your life.
To become happy from deep inside you shouldn't let your mind run your life. Your mind should be free of thoughts and live the moments. Otherwise, your mind will create an inner conflict that will not let you in peace. And if you can not spend a day with yourself alone and find some partner to bring happiness into your life, you will never find happiness because happiness comes from inside.
The Power Of Now has sold over 2 million copies worldwide and has been translated into more than 30 foreign languages.

He suggests the way to create good habits by making them obvious, easy, attractive and satisfying and leaving the bad habits by making them difficult, unsatisfying, unattractive and invisible.
